HR Coordinator
Office-Based Position
$50,000 - $60,000 annually (based on experience)
Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a growing organization to identify a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join their team. This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys supporting employees, maintaining compliance and documentation, assisting with recruiting efforts, and helping create a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate onboarding, new hire paperwork, orientation, and offboarding activities.
Maintain employee files and ensure HR records are accurate, organized, and compliant.
Assist with benefits administration, employee inquiries, and HR-related communications.
Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Process employee status changes and update information within HR systems.
Prepare HR reports, track employee data, and assist with audits and compliance initiatives.
Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, programs, and procedures.
Partner with managers and internal departments to support workforce needs.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and special projects.
Handle confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field OR current SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent HR certification.
2+ years of Human Resources, HR Administration, Recruiting, or HR Support experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment processes.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
